OPD TOKEN SYSTEM

With over 1000 patients visiting the out-patient department every day, we have introduced a state of the art patient token system, this has helped manage the wait time better and also streamlined the patient flow to the various specialty consulting rooms offering their services on the day. Patients and their families, can now see their progress from one station to the other and finally to the consultation room, patient dissonance has greatly reduced and satisfaction has significantly increased.
